A tall tower on a square plan made of a steel skeleton frame infilled with timber planks. All four elevations are the same: each has four windows and two door openings through which one con see in the interior a tapering cylinder made of brass. This golden shell extends through the entire height of the interior. The openings in the external enclosure correspond with openings of equal size in the cylinder.
